Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Outside Sales Account Manager at LS Packaging & Retail Solutions in Northwest Arkansas, with flexibility for remote work. This role involves managing existing and new accounts, conducting sales presentations in person or virtually, and providing outstanding customer service while driving sales growth. As a packaging account manager, you will promote and sell packaging solutions to area businesses and manufacturers. You will work closely with customers to understand their packaging needs and offer customized solutions that enhance their product’s protection and
presentation while increasing brand recognition at a competitive price. This is a great opportunity to get on the ground floor and maximize your earning potential in the long term. We will fully train and assist the right person. Light traveling may be required. Minimal experience is acceptable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop & maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
• Able to negotiate and close deals and handle client complaints promptly
• Create packaging specifications and recommendations used in the quoting process

Skills:

• General knowledge of core MS Office applications
• Adobe Creative Suite is a huge PLUS
• Ability to build client rapport quickly
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are mandatory
• Time management and planning skills are a must
• Experience in the packaging or retail industry is desirable
